Pete’s Dragon

The director did a great job of not making some cheesy sappy piece of shit. Don’t get me wrong people were balling in the theater but it was because you really like the characters Pete and Elliot. The movie is set in a rural area so you don’t have the distraction of modern technology, you really can’t even tell what year the flick is set in. It makes you pay more attention to the story other than trying to find plot holes or try to problem solve from your seat. Rating 1 bathroom break go whenever you miss some important part. It all just flows nicely.
